Our first engagement is to receive you in a structure offering total safety, where we are implementing all the rules to prevent infection as foreseen by regional directions.
For this purpose, we will try to offer all our services with the usual quality but with some additional measures, to make it possible for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday at the seaside.

All the common areas in the hotel will be frequently ventilated and sanitized.
In every area of the hotel, you will find sanitizing gel to be used by our guests.
The whole staff of the hotel and collaborators, in general, will be informed about the suitable procedures and will wear protection devices. Safety distance will be kept in every hotel room.

1. RECEPTION

We are implementing safe and fast procedures for check-in and check-out and to do that we invite our customers to fill the online check-in, to be found in the "booking" page, before reaching our hotel. Upon arrival, we will only ask you for the balance of the holiday payment. Constant cleaning and sanitizing of the reception area and room keys are ensured.
The use of the lift is subject to suitable rules.

2. ROOMS

Cleaning systems and certified sanitizing procedures will be adopted according to the rules established by ISS (Italian Health System).
That will involve regular disinfection of surfaces, doors, handles, switches, remote controls, air conditioning grating, shutter ropes.
If they desire, our customers – with the help of our staff who will give them clean linen and bathroom sets - will be able to tidy up their rooms on their own.
Cleaning and sanitation of linen will be ensured by high temperature washing cycles with certified detergents.

3. RESTAURANT

The dining room staff will be equipped with safety devices and will receive schooling on safety and health procedures.
Food will be served directly to tables, for all three meals, and no self-service will be allowed.
Our customers can also choose to take away their food and have meals on the beach or else in their rooms.
This service may be subject to availability.

4. BEACH

Even before these emergency times, the beaches in Milano Marittima were known for the high level of cleanliness, in all services.
Even more this year the suitable distance will be kept, to relax and enjoy the revitalizing sea air. Deckchairs and sunbeds will be cleaned and sanitized daily. The same will be done in children’s playing grounds and children will be allowed to enter them in reduced numbers.
All activity involving aggregation both in the hotel and on the beach will be temporarily suspended (parties, mini-club, group aperitif, buffets, group sports on the beach). The purpose is to avoid aggregation of people and preserve the tranquillity of your holiday.
The beach service is not supplied by our hotel staff but by a different enterprise that might adopt different - although certified - anti-COVID measures as compared to the a.m. rules.
